Can I connect my bank accounts?
Yes. Harbor integrates securely with over 10,000 financial institutions via bank-level encryption. Once connected, transactions sync automatically so you can categorize them with a single click. You can disconnect or refresh accounts at any time.
Is my financial data secure?
Security is our top priority. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using AES-256. We never store your bank login credentials, and we undergo regular third-party security audits. Harbor is SOC 2 Type II compliant.
What does the free plan include?
The free plan includes unlimited expense tracking, up to 5 invoices per month, basic reporting, and one bank account connection. It's perfect for freelancers just starting out or anyone who wants to try Harbor before committing.
How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
You can change your plan at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any remaining time on your current plan. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Does Harbor help with taxes?
Absolutely. Harbor automatically categorizes transactions according to tax-relevant categories, calculates your estimated quarterly tax payments, and generates summary reports you or your accountant can use when filing. We're not tax software, but we make tax time much less stressful.
Can I export my data?
